We can only accept mattresses and upholstered items if there is a fire safety label attached to confirm that it meets UK safety standards. Unfortunately we cannot resell these items without there being one.
The label must be permanently attached, either sewn in or stapled, that refers to the Furniture and Furnishings Regulations 1988 (for upholstery) or BS7177 (for mattresses and divans). We will confirm this when we collect the item but it would be helpful if you could check before you contact us.
