Essential Needs is run by five part-time paid members of staff with the generous support of a team of dedicated volunteers.

We are governed by a Board of Trustees who determine how best to manage and run the charity for the benefit of all on low incomes in the Harrogate Borough.

Cath Bowyer

Ken Jones
Collection and Delivery Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for an additional driver/warehouse facilitator.

If you are interested, please contact us for full job details.

Even with our employed staff and the constant support of our trustees, we could not deliver our vital service without the incredible contribution of the volunteers who work with us on a daily basis. Without that Essential Needs would not be able to function.
