Essential Needs is run by three part-time paid members of staff with the generous support of a team of dedicated volunteers.

We are governed by a Board of Trustees who determine how to best manage and run the charity for the benefit of all on low incomes in the Harrogate Borough.

Even with our employed staff and the constant support of our trustees, we could not deliver our vital service without the incredible contribution of the volunteers who work with us on a daily basis. Without that Essential Needs would not be able to function.
